Our Responsibilities:
- Our primary role is limited to processing server credits, activating tools, and managing related services.
- We ensure that all credits are delivered and activations are completed accurately and efficiently.
Support & Technical Issues:
- For issues such as unsupported models or servers being offline, you must contact the official support team for assistance.
- We are not responsible for resolving technical or operational issues related to tool servers.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will not be issued for unsupported models or offline servers.
- Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:
1. You have contacted and communicated with the official team.
2. The official team approves the refund and transfers it to us.
- Please note that the refund process may take several days to complete.
